Overview 
 
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Allen’s of Olney Ltd and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully. 
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. All Terms and Conditions are based on English Law. 
 
Ordering 
 
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. 
Occasionally goods ordered online may be out of stock. Our website is not automatically updated if stock is sold in our physical store or by telephone. There is a small time delay. If you have paid for the items a refund will be generated. 
All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. 
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. 
 
Pricing Policy 
 
All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. 
Your Credit/Debit card details will be checked and verified by a third-party and the goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained. 
 
Order Processing 
 
Orders are generally processed and despatched within 24 hours of receipt of the order, but please allow 5 days for delivery to you. 
Orders are posted using the Royal Mail. Details of pricing are specified at the time of placing the order. At times we will offer free delivery. We may also hand-deliver to local customers. 
 
Returns Policy 
 
Online and telephone orders may be returned for a full refund. The goods must be returned fully labelled and in the condition they were despatched to you. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the items. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. 
Items purchased from our physical store may only be returned for a refund within 7 days. All other returns will be accepted at our discretion and the purchaser will be offered an exchange or Credit Note. 
 
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
